Nestled in the woods, on a century old farm along the Loup Rivers Scenic Byway, guests can relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat. Stroll through the woods, orchards and gardens or bike the countryside . Hike nearby Hannibal Woods or sign up for a kayak adventure. Writing workshops, and creative arts classes are also available for guests. Contact us to schedule these in advance. This was a lovely little place to spend the night on an overnight trip, it was quiet, the "extras" included by the host were wonderful even though we weren't there long enough to utilize most of them. We would definitely consider staying here again and staying for more than one night.

Beautiful little house!!

Great stay!! The house was perfect! My daughter said she wants to decorate her own place just like it. Hosts were great!! My family is hoping to go back for another stay!!

The little cottage was so calming with its decor and so comfortable. Out in the country just off the highway made it quiet and peaceful. And the hosts left us a little gift! What more could we ask for?!?

A lovely well-appointed cottage about 30 minutes from the center of the great sandhill crane migration spot. Wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back next year!

Cute Cottage in the woods

This cottage is perfect to catch up on your reading or connecting to your family. The jams that were left for us, tasted so good, thank you Jackie! We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed the games left there for us to have a game night or two. I recommend this place for soul searching and the closeness to nature.

The best stay ever! My dream home!

Absolutely loved this property! 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and everyone! Me my husband and my two young children stayed here, It was comfortable cozy and so cute! My 7-year-old was sad at first when we saw there was no TV but in the end it didn't even matter, I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place to anyone that is coming through this area it was the best 100 I've ever spent! The host was amazing there was real coffee creamer in the refrigerator and cinnamon rolls that we could bake in the morning before we left! The host was also very understanding and let us check out at a later time since we got in late! I cannot say enough good things about this property this is definitely a goal in life now for me and my husband to own one of these and live in it with our children

We were in the area for a family wedding and so blessed to find this cottage.What a beautiful, enchanting little cottage. We arrived later in the evening to find this wonderful little Hallmark Cottage, in a little forest strung with lights to welcome us. A great little porch with a small table and chairs where we were able sit, relax and unwind after driving through quite a rain storm. In the morning we sat on the porch, enjoying a cup of coffee and a fantastic view. Sitting in a little enchanted forest, including a cute littke building in the trees, we decided that it must be a trolls home. Smelling the fresh air after a nights rain, the rooster crowing, i never wanted to leave. We were so happy to be guest here for the weekend and cant wait ti come back.
