Omni Bretton Arms Inn at Mount Washington
10/10 Excellent
"The Bretton-Woods Omni Hotel is a historic, smaller hotel a short walk or shuttle from the larger Omni Mount Washington Resort. The rooms and beds were comfortable. Both of these hotels are a 15 minute drive to the Cog Train to the top of Mount Washington. It was a unique experience that I am glad we experienced."

"Went there about 7PM, everything was very good and well conversation.. Comfortable bed and yeah lamp looks so good and peace and quiet place. Love it! I would say, if possible if management can add a microoven in room it would be very great. Also, not sure if everybody would like it, I wouldn’t prefer somebody come where we are staying without our presence, If a gurbage can could be managed outside I would have taken all the trashes out by myself. And rather than that all was very good lovely place. Must say very QUIET! Thanks for the hospitality!"

"Clean room, friendly staff, I liked to stay there, but few things need to be improved. To much chemical in jacuzzi, and to noisy because close to the road. But to stay for one night is ok"

"Great experience considering the situation. A motel is minimal offering and minimal expectation. Thats said, the room was definitely clean and very roomy! Much larger than I was expecting. Bed was comfortable and a selection different pillow types to choose from for personal comfort. Jackie at the front desk was the only employee I came into contact with (she promised there were other!. LoL), but she was super helpful with getting set up and answering any questions, needs, or concerns during the stay. Overall, was concerned about staying in a motel (Im a bit snooty and like high end hotels) but was very pleasantly surprised here. If I return to the area would absolutely consider staying here again! In addition, Lancaster's downtown/ main street was small but adequate. A few good restaurants, a couple of coffee shops, all nicely maintained and stylish. All within a walking distance."

"I got a good price for the area. Room was fine. Did not use amenities except breakfast and it was so crowded I just grabbed stuff and went to room. The waffle maker line was 4-5 people waiting and staff was refilling everything as fast as she could, but she needed help."

"The wood would not burn despite lighting it multiple times with the starter and kindling. It still wouldn’t burn after the staff came and lit it. My suggestion is to try starting the fire on cold evenings very early."
