"Beautiful property.This an older property, old tired elevators, carpets need to be replaced in some areas. It was clean and people hospitable. Unfortunately, they ran out of about 8 varieties of wine and some dinner dishes. For the price..well that just shouldn't happen. I felt so bad for our waiter, who was more than wonderful! Wish there were a few more toiletry items in the little store(Linda is a lovely person). Grounds are beautiful, just what I expected. Nice place for a couple or family."

"I was in the area for work and wanted something a little different from the chain hotels. The cottage was nice for the weekend and the white mountains are close for hikers. The cottage was far from new but it was clean and quiet. Met some friendly folk in the next cottage and enjoyed conversation around the fire each day."

"It was perfect for our needs and in a beautiful location. The afternoon receptionist was great, the morning receptionist not so much. We would stay there again."
