"The stay would have been an extraordinary experience, the only issue was we were coming into a picket line and weren't aware until it was too late. No real guidance from staff until you made it on the property. Those picketing had us waiting in our vehicles until they were ready to let us through to get to the hotel. It was raining and some families with small children parked further away and walked with small children because they had no clue how long they would have to wait. Its unfortunate that the hotel/casino couldn't come to some term of agreement with their security and that paying customers had to get caught in the middle. We came from out of the country, we had no clue what was going on until we got to the hotel. Outside of that the hotel was clean, up to date and the views of the race track was to die for, food was perfect. Hopefully the issues with the staff can be resolved."

"(Family trip) The hotel was absolutely beautiful and luxurious. Stayed or it's extremely accommodating they offered a concierge service and on or off-site parking. My 5-year-old daughter loved the indoor swimming pool and daily fireworks show. The view of the waterfalls was amazing we could see both American and Canadian waterfalls on from the panoramic viewpoint."

"The rooms were great. W got the 2 room suite where one of the rooms had a tub w jets. It’s great for large families. The pool was great but the gym was a bit small. Over all it was great"
