"The hotel charges for the room before check-in. So if an individual reserves with one card, and you plan on using a different to payment method (which I needed to do) then you will be disappointed. Not only could they not show me that “rule” in writing, it was never relayed to me AT ALL! The hotel receptionist are robots and clearly dislike their job so that was very unwelcoming. The room was okay. The over-pricing is definitely because of location which I understood, but I thought that the rooms would look better. They’re pretty run-down (lots of paint chipping, rust, etc.). Overall, I’d pick a different place next time. "

"The man on concierge was so helpful when I was having difficulty booking inward travel. Room was a bit of a strange layout and couldn’t taje my heavy suitcase down to the bedroom part of my room, but otherwise lived my room and hadca great view of the falls."
