"The location was awesome. Hotel was ok but needs some updating. Rooms ok, bathrooms small, no safe or lock boxes. We did not require our room to be cleaned but did request fresh towels and garbage removal. One day towels left in plastic bag on the sink,soiled ones removed .Second request for towels were left in a plastic bag on our door knob. Soiled towels and garbage not removed. Comp coffee was awesome."

"Staff was nice rooms we’re super outdated. We were missing a door to our closet. The bathroom wall was peeling off in the bedroom part. It looks like the trim had water damage and was coming up We didn’t get our amenity package until the day we were leaving, which was useless. The breakfast was good. The location is great all in all. It’s not a bad hotel rooms need to be updated completely."

"Stayed at the River hotel for a concert in Chicago. The property itself is in a perfect location for downtown scenery. The room was clean and offered great amenities. The staff was helpful and even explained some tips and tricks to get the uber faster and how to get to the stadium. Overall a great stay"

"Be very clear about the destination fees and high parking daily. These totaled to the ‘discount’ I got when I made the reservation. Although not exactly false advertising, it is super misleading."
