"The facilities are clean and good. Aircon easy to control. Bathroom clean. Only negative is that the shower water is sometimes only warm, not hot."

"The room was very nice. Really enjoyed it. Only 2 complains, first they tried to use sell us on a better room upon check in. I don't mind the offer, but it was pretty heavy pressure, which I didn't appreciate. Second, the bed was on the wrong wall. Had the bed and TV been flipped, we would have had a gorgeous view while lying in bed. Instead, the tv had an amazing view, and we had to sit in the chairs by the window to appreciate it."

"Good location and mostly everything was kind of just average — took about 15 min to check in BUT check out was <1 min. Need to make it up a couple of stairs with your luggage to get in the lobby. Elevator wait could take a few minutes but nothing too bad. Room was large and nice view but there was no closet or anything to hang clothes with/on. The shower has a shower curtain which wasn’t very hygienic. They clean every 3 days and they call it a “unique hotel experience”. It was nice that every night if we needed water the main desk has bottles. Overall, it’s just very average. It was nice enough, clean enough, good enough."
