"Honestly, I don’t know why other people left any bad reviews at all. I’m not sure what kind of experience they may have had. However, I can say with certainty that in my experience at hotel stays, this one was by far the best one yet. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was DELICIOUS and the room kept clean everyday! Highly recommend staying here. Will be coming back and staying here again. "

"Fantastic. An amazing use of space. Great amenities. 5 minute walk to the Theatre to see our show. So very impressed. Secure and parking(very reasonable) right across the street. We will stay here anytime we have an event downtown Toronto!"

"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"
