「We were in Rock Hill for my nephews high school graduation. This home was a nice location in downtown Rock Hill close to everything we needed and a pleasant stay for our dog. We were able to walk at Glencairn Gardens and Lake Winthrop on the university athletics complex. The fenced in backyard worked out very well. 「The property is quaint and comfortable. The location was perfect for me and my family. My biggest complaint is the bathroom has no way to recycle the air or window to open because there is no screen in the window. I live in an older home and my remedy to the absent air vent is the modern light/vent combo that, although there's no venting up and out of the house, it cycles the air in the room to eliminate odors and address moisture. 「The house was clean, nicely decorated and CONVENIENT to where we needed to be (Winthrop University and the Oratory). We were only there to sleep and eat breakfast. It was very nice with no real problems. It was a quiet neighborhood (no dogs barking through the night as a few reviews stated). You could hear the early morning train (thus the house's name) but it was in the distance and I found it comforting not annoying. I don't think it would even wake an infant. Maybe next time we will have time...
