Hard to find. Key card only worked for first day. No kleenex in holder floor dirty in bathroom. Kleenex holder was very nasty and has not been cleaned in a very long time. It was full of dust and debris

One person on staff for the whole motel. Room wasn’t ready at 11pm. She went into the dirty rooms and cleaned it in 10 minutes. Like how gross. Hotel smelt like weed and smoke. Room door was broken. Room was very gross. We couldn’t stay and felt so unsafe at this motel. DO NOT STAY HERE. It is awful and shouldn’t even be allowed to be open to the public. The lady on staff was knocking on guests doors checking on them. So creepy. And they wouldn’t even give us a refund.

The last out front was really nice but the room was dirty, towels I did not know if they were clean or used. Hoping they were washed just could not get old stains out. Toilet seat was too small and did not fit so that was uncomfortable. Hair all over the bathroom floor not mine. Dust hair and dirt build up in all corners. Behind desk to plug in computer was disgusting since I had to move it. Probably first time in years. Bed was uncomfortable and lamps did not work and ones that did missing bulbs. Tv worked okay. I know it’s cheap rate like $60 a night but still try to at least clean now and then. Ice machine worked.

Room was dirty, shower/tub was dirty with hair in it. Towels and bedding had hair on them. Very loud throughout the night and smelled of smoke and weed.

I rarely leave reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. The room was in poor condition and visibly dirty. The carpets looked unclean, the bedding and pillows had stains, the sink wasn’t properly cleaned, and there was still garbage left from the previous guest. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower. It gave the impression that the room hadn’t been serviced at all. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to sleep in the bed and ended up sleeping in our clothes on top of it. I would not stay here again. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Large Parking area worked for our truck with trailer. Beds are very basic, firm mattresses with very hard flat pillows. Hallway carpets need a good vacuuming.

The first room they checked us into had no toilet paper and a dirty razor in the bathroom garbage. The 2nd room had remnants from someone brushing their teeth in bathroom sing and black hairs on both pillows on one of the beds. Also water pool marks across the whole floor from the fridge thawing out.

Heater in our room made noises like something out of a horror movie every other time we turned it on or adjusted it. Bedding seemed stained and like it had little bits of dirt/stuff on it no matter how much I brushed it off. No breakfast was pretty rough to start off the day, maybe consider having some muffins and yogurt or something grab and go like that to really make a difference in your guests stays. Front desk people were very kind though!

When I got to my room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. The tub/shower had pubic hairs, green slime and soap scum. I went to the desk and complained. They sent someone to clean it. They got the tub ok, but the sink was plugged and full of dirty water. A plumber came it and remover the stopper and cleaned the sink. When I went to go to bed and turned the bed down , there were more pubic hairs and semen stains. The same lady who cleaned the tub came again and when she saw it, she cried. By her accounts the manager had signed off on the room. She put on clean sheets and left. She was Very upset I talked to the manager the next morning and he was combative and told me the sheets were clean. He refused to admit that there had been a problem..I asked for a refund and was told this is a budget hotel I should have changed rooms, but I had driven for more than 12 hours, was tired and already unpacked. I am 73 and traveled a lot. Hands down this was the worst room I have ever seen. I want a refund and an appolgy Wayne Schmoland

The room was not clean- the sheets were rumpled and stained. The bathtub was grimey- it had not been cleaned. The towels were stained with make-up, màscara and unidentified yellowish patches. The floor had clearly not been mopped and also had stuck-on grime. The wi-fi did not reach my room on the 2nd floor. The Manager did take a look and took note. She also gave me fresh sheets and a newly-washed blanket. She offered to clean the shower but I declined as I was not going to use it, anyway and I just wanted to go to bed. The heat worked well. Staff member- T…. And Manager-J……, were very kind and attentive. I don’t mind old and basic- I don’t need luxury accommodations but, for $80 without breakfast I do expect clean. Very disappointing.
