Summary:
Updated home that has been completely renovated with modern and bright touches. Located in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. Centrally located. Five minutes from military base and downtown. Spacious main living area has a huge Roku TV, comfy couches, and fun power recliner with lights! Beautiful remodeled kitchen w/all new appliances including an ice maker in the fridge. Plus a fresh new bathroom and brand new whole house air conditioning!

The Space:
The space
Living Room: 3-4 person sofa with coffee table, TV, luxurious power recliner

Kitchen: All stainless appliances (brand new!) and everything you need to cook including any pot/pan you need. We also include some Tupperware, baking sheets, blender, and keurig coffee machine. . Also included is a large table to enjoy meals together plus a washer/dryer to do any laundry you need (detergent and dryer sheets provided)

Master Bedroom: Huge Queen Bed with memory foam mattress, decent closet, and TV to log into your streaming accounts (Netflix, etc)

Sofa Bed: Full sized Bed with memory foam mattress at bottom of the stairs in the basement.

Downstairs Bedroom : Completely renovated has a Full sized bed, desk and large closet

Bathroom: Completely renovated and has a tiled shower, toilet, sink, and two towel racks

Guest Access:
You be given a code to access the property via the front door.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are able to access all areas in the space. The porch is shared with other airbnb guests on the other side so please be respectful when in that space.

There is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on the property including outside.

NO pets allowed.

Other things to note
PARKING is available on the street. Guests MAY NOT park in the driveway. Check-in instructions will be messaged before you stay and will include a keypad code for the door.

Great time in Great Falls MT

The house is in a walkable neighborhood not far from downtown Great Falls. It's equipped with terrific appliances and has good kitchen space. It's small, but that worked for the two of us. Caleb is friendly and polite but doesn't always respond quickly. When he got back to me, he clearly did his best to be helpful. Great Falls and environs offered plenty for us to enjoy in the two weeks we spent there.

Amazing house

The house is just as advertised. It is in a great location with offstreet parking and close proximity to food and the Missouri River. The neighborhood is walkable, with sidewalks in a safe area. The house itself is in pristine condition and appears to have been recently updated. The beds are comfortable. Included appliances, including refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer are in excellent working condition and made the trip so much easier. towels and washcloths, bedsheets, and basic kitchen needs were ample. if I venture back to Great Falls, I will certainly try to rent this house again.

Great Falls Getaway

This was a great rental for our week in Great Falls. Centrally located for our business and personal needs. We visited the Sip and Dip to see the Montana Mermaids! If you are in town, put it on your list :)

Terriable Neighborhood

The first night I found a package for spyware in the bedroom. Being on edge I checkeded the windows-every window was unlocked! The main window couldn't lock as the latch was broken. The neighborhood is shady. My brother and sister who have lived in GF their whole life said it was unsafe and filled with crystal meth. Gang tags on the sidewalk next to the back door. Not though cleaned. Dog hair on baseboards, dirty sheets and chairs, goodwill furniture. The ceiling goings downstairs is low and not marked, my son got a mild concussion hitting his head on it. Do not stay here.

Like staying in family house

A comfortable home in a walkable neighborhood. Four adults shared the space comfortably. WE made our own meals and relaxxed together. We all agrree, we would stay here agin given the opportunity.

Great place, up to date on appliances and furnishings. Spacious and comfortable. Very clean and welcoming on arrival. Owner communicates well and responds quickly to messages. I would recommend and will book again when in the area.

Centrally located

This is a nice 3 bedroom duplex newly remodeled. Please note 2 if the bedrooms are in the basement. Washer and dryer, dish washer, microwave, Kuerig. stove and refrigerator all nice Plenty of room to spread out, completed stocked with all you need to enjoy your stay. (Except garbage bags) 2 things... the bathroom sink is very small and there is no place to put your hair or make up to get ready. The bedroom upstairs is frigid (it was winter when we stayed) We had to go buy an extra heavy blanket to keep warm and the mini blinds do nothing to keep out the light. There is a school across the street with many LED security lights that keep the room nice and bright while you're trying to sleep. I would suggest to the owner he purchase insulated room darkening curtains to help out with that. The bed is extremely comfy though and the recliner in the living room is too!
