「I stayed at this rental with my husband and kids, and overall the property is great. It’s an easy drive to all things Acadia but is not overpriced and overcrowded like the Bar Harbor area. 「This was the perfect location and the host was responsive and helpful. My only complaint is that the bed is terribly uncomfortable and even after tightening the frame it squeaks with the littlest movement. My husband actually went to sleep on the hide-a-bed towards the end of the stay (we went out and purchased a mattress pad to make it more comfortable) because the bed hurt his back so much. The location is terrific, a short walk from the center of town and tons of bars, restaurants, and the Island Explorer. The condo is equipped with top notch accessories - towels, sheets, the bed, etc. - and an amazing TV?Surround sound system! I highly recommend!」

「The property is exactly as described; clean, easy check in & out, great choices on the TV, and nicely located. Perfect place for us to relax after a day of exploring Acadia National Park. There are great, delicious choices for Maine lobster meals and homemade blueberry pie. Blueberry Hill ice cream and Pat's Pizza are a must try. The property manager is responsive bot before and during our stay.Plan to stay here again the next time we come to hike.」
