「Overall clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. Appreciated all of the info that was available both in advance and at the unit. Tried out some of the local coffee shops which did not disappoint. Arrived late & tired and getting into our unit was seamless, thankfully! Very good holiday, thanks Ed. 」

「The perfect location for our Bar Harbor visit. We were just across the street from the sand bar and walking distance to all Bar Harbor has to offer. Our host was quick to respond if we had questions. The unit was spacious, clean and adequately stocked. The beds were comfortable and quilts were provided to take care of the chilly nights. A huge plus for me was the amazing collection of books! I could have stayed forever to read them. Hope to return one day! 」

「The Art Nook was great! It is a very clean and well equipped apartment. The location is ideal and within easy walking distance to ride the Island Explorer, as well as enjoy the downtown. We would definitely stay at the Art Nook again!」

The hosts provided everything we needed and more. They communicated clearly without being bothersome like some hosts can be. It worked perfectly for our family vacation.」

「We loved the location, and the place had everything we needed. We loved being on the quieter side of the island, but still able to access Acadia, Bar Harbor, and other sights on MDI. It had been 18 years since we'd been to SW Harbor and this was the perfect place to restart our Maine traditions.」
