"A great modern hotel, well located a short walk from Earls Court Station. Plenty of good local shops, cafes and restaurants, including an M&S food hall . Safe and quiet neighbourhood. Staff on arrival at front desk were very helpful in showing how the electronic entry system worked via my mobile. I had the windowless room for 2 to keep a sensible budget, and it was perfect for us, only wanting somewhere to sleep rather than spend any time in. I would stay here again without hesitation."

"- Location: most excellent - During the middle of our stay, we ran out of body soap in the shower. Asked housekeeping to come and fill the bottle, but the concierge brought a new bottle. We couldn’t remove the old one and replace it with the one he brought. And for the next 3 days, housekeeping didn’t bother to add soap or replace the old soap bottle with the new one. - The TV Channel line-up was limited. On several occasions, BBC channels blanked out every few minutes for a few seconds - The shower was not completely enclosed with glass doors. With a single door covering half the shower, one had to be extra careful to keep the water from splashing out, but it did, and we had to clean the bathroom floor after every shower. "
