"At check in I felt like they didn’t help me much because I used a 3rd party to book. Room with a view was 40 per night upgrade. The place was empty and I thought they could give me a view to improve my stay. House keeper, I had to ask for. However, they did a fantastic job and I tipped them good. Some staff in the place didn’t like their job much."
