「Excellent Hotel.」

「This is great place to stay while in Graz, very walkable. The place is good, and would stay again here, except during hot summer months. No aircondition was a bit problem, and harder to sleep, especially up stairs.」

「Very clean apartment. Quiet neighbourhood. Convenient for the train station and exploring the town. Many bulbs not working in kitchen made it dark but it’s would be only criticism. Very pleasant stay」

"中央駅の目の前で徒歩3分の便利な立地。 202号室：広々とした部屋，きちんとエアコンが効く(7月中旬)。シャワーの流量が圧倒的に少ない。シャワーカーテンがなく，申し訳程度の仕切りがあるだけで，シャワーを浴びるときに相当に気を遣う。セーフティーボックスは広々，B4サイズでも余裕に入る。冷蔵庫は小さめだが自分が買った飲み物程度は入れられる。チェックイン：以前に来た時は宿帳に手書きで連絡先など記入させられた(今時珍しい)が，今回は「以前にご利用はありますか」の問いにYESと答えると，用紙の署名欄にサインするだけで済ませられた。フロントで頼めば市内地図をくれる。裏面はバスやトラムなどの路線図になっていて便利。"
