"Our room was very clean. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Two pools with plenty of lounge chairs to accommodate the guests. The breakfast in the Windjammer was very good with a great view of the pools and Gulf. The world famous “Whiskey Shack” by the pools had the best bartender, Raphael! He made our days at the pool enjoyable with his service and drinks. "

"The AC in our unit provided adequate cooling but was very loud. When we requested a room change Kim was so kind and accommodating. She moved us into another room and we enjoyed a great night."

"You could tell the place was new and nice! There are multiple restaurants by the ocean behind the place and a club next door. The noise wasn't too bothersome, and after a certain time, everything was nice and quiet. I will say, during the weekend (especially Saturday night), parking was a nightmare as many people going to the restaurants with live music parked in the hotel parking. You could see the fireworks right behind, so that was nice! Overall, I enjoyed my weekend stay here"

"We were on the second floor and the elevator was broke down. There was no indication prior to booking that it was under construction. I brought four smaller children who I had to do multiple trips up and down the stairs with and carry heavy luggage. There were big rips in the comforter. The floor in the room turned my white socks black. There were six of us in a room and they only had one towel and one wash cloth. The hallway floor and stairs look like it hasn’t been vacuumed in months. There was food on the couch and chair in our room. Housekeeping came in once out of the 3 nights and took the towels we went and got from the front desk and our wash cloth and only left one towel again. Staff were nice and respectful and the breakfast was well stocked. Hotel is in a pretty decent location."
