Hello all right, I'm Flat 102 block 16, Ground Floor, East, with wonderful countryside view and very green on the sides. I am very well decorated, I have 100 m2 and garages right in front with very easy and convenient access.
I have a room for 2 rooms, 1 sofa for 6 seats, Split Air in the rooms, oval table for 6 people, 2 LED TVs, WIFI and Sky TV premium package and limited internet 6 gigs (no access to videos, netfix, youtube etc) .
Large American kitchen with Duplex Inox Refrigerator, Gourmet Inox Stove, Microwave, Blender, Sandwich Maker, Iron, and all necessary utensils for a great stay. kitchen utensils, I have a conservatory, charming Lavabo, the balcony of 22 m2, with a round table 4 chairs, hammock, the suite 01 of the double with box bed and 1 Bunk bed and dresser and Air Split and WC, the suite02 with 3 beds and 1 auxiliary box, Comoda and Split Air and WC.

Hotel Resort Canarius has leisure area available for use and offers: water park, gym, chapel, playground for children, cinema, night club, games room.

The Hotel has a complete leisure structure: Restaurants, Water Park with slides, Heated Pool, Wet Bar, Adult and Children's Games Room, Nightclub, Cinema, Fitness, Kids Club, Playground, Farm, Fish and Drop, Helipad, Courts Multisports, Tennis Court, Mini Football Field and Official Football Field. In addition to a Chapel with capacity for 150 people.

Recreation team, for adults and children, with lots of animation;
 Recreation area with restaurants, wet bar, games rooms, swimming pools, water slides, fitness, kids club, soccer field and playground with zip line, fish and release, night club and cinema;
The Kitty Milk and do not forget the Church of Santana the Sunday Masses at 10:00 hs.

O flat é muito bem equipado, tem todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia, o Sr. Gyldhenor retorna rapidamente os questionamentos de uma maneira bastante cordial. Creio que precisa melhorar a iluminação externa, tá mto escuro à noite.

Voltamos com gostinho de quero mais, foram 11 dias maravilhosos do Natal ao ano novo. No geral o flat é bem equipado, não tem alguns utensílios de cozinha, mas já havia me informado então levamos e foi tudo tranquilo. Sentimos falta da TV no quarto, nas fotos mostra uma TV mas tinha. O lugar é muito agradável, tranquilo e o clima maravilhoso. Valeu muito a pena, super indico.

O flat é grande, e corresponde fielmente as imagens do anúncio. Encontramos bem limpo e com utensílios em bom estado, importante pra quem se hospeda em família e vai usar o flat pra fazer refeições. Os proprietários são muito solícitos e atenderam nossas necessidades sempre que foi necessário. O hotel é um excelente lugar pra quem procura um lugar pra descansar, os bates têm preços justos e uma variedade razoável. O único ponto negativo foi a limpeza das piscinas do hotel que alguns momentos achamos que poderia ser melhor. De modo geral, é um excelente custo/benefício e uma ótima opção pra quem vai com crianças.

Flat super limpo, espaçoso, confortável. Precisa apenas renovar alguns utensílios da cozinha ( estávamos em 6 adultos e só tem uma xícara. Não tem panela de pressão nem caldeirão. Tivemos ideia em preparar uma feijoada, nossa sorte foi ter levado uma panela de pressão, pois não tem nada pra preparar algo similar). Mas no geral, nossa estadia foi muito boa. O anfitrião responde nossas dúvidas bem rápido e é bem flexível. Voltaria com certeza!

A segurança da casa é nenhuma. Os vidros estavam sem trava. Só um vigilante noturno para uma área grande. A localização faz com que o imóvel seja muito quente. Fiz a reserva para 13 diárias e só fiquei uma.
