Hotel staff was very courteous, friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and the staff member even upgraded us to a room with a hot-tub! (This was GREATLY appreciated after I got us lost on a hike and we ended up walking over 7 miles for 6 hours while birding, and our sore muscles NEEDED that hot soak!) The room was clean and quiet.
