「Convenient location. A few of the rooms had a musty smell. It was a hot few days and it seemed like the AC doesn’t run often. Great brewery next door.」

「The hotel was nice but I had a negative experience regarding the staff. Our email said check in began at 3 pm. We showed up at this time to drop off luggage and use the bathroom before heading back out. When we were given our code and went to our room, the door was already open. Housekeeping hadn't finished cleaning though it looked like they were close. We found some staff who apologized and said it would be done soon. 「Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

「We loved everything about our hotel room! Very very clean and organized and even though there wasn’t an elevator (due to it being an historic building) we were helped definitely felt comfortable and taken care of.」

「ロビーが現代的アートのようでとてもオシャレでした。 スタッフの方は英語が拙い自分達にも気にかけて接してくださり、丁寧に接してくれました。簡単な英語が話せればコミュニケーションは取れますよ。 朝食はパンが美味しくて、お腹いっぱいにならなければ3つ4つ食べたくなるほど。 一つ残念なことを挙げるとすれば、部屋の洗面台の電気スイッチが故障していて、手がつけられていなかったのは残念でした。」

「チェックインしてすぐにトイレが詰まった。ベットメイキングに入ってもらったはいいが、ぞうきんを忘れていて、しかもぞうきんが洗面所の私物の上に置かれていた。」

「部屋の掃除は有料ですが、ゴミ捨て、コーヒーカプセルや水の追加は無料だったので、快適でした。」

「とても清潔で、部屋も広く満足度が高かった。 チェックイン前と後に荷物を預かって頂きました。ちゃんと管理されている様子で安心して預けられた。 部屋も広く、バス・トイレも広くて清潔だった。冷蔵庫、コーヒーマシーン(お湯だけを沸かすことも出来るタイプ)もあって良かった。 朝食もバラエティ豊かでスタッフが常に補充と清掃を行っていた。フロントのスタッフもフレンドリーで好感が持てた。 残念な点は前の道路の騒音がまともに部屋に響く事。滞在中早朝に緊急車両のサイレン音が大きく響いてびっくりした事がありました。」
