"A biking weekend planned around Graskop. Linda was very friendly and helpful...,placing us in a cabin with easy access and off road parking for the car and bike trailor. She also told us which roads had tar and which to avoid. Eating out in Graskop was surprisingly good... but the traditional braai at the built in braai was better!"

"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant (G’s) is good. There is also a lapa area where they do a traditional braai (think bbq on steroids) and a river area you can walk to. "We enjoyed our stay at this property however there were a couple of issues. When we tried to check in, we were told they had no record of our reservation via Expedia, so confirm before you arrive. Luckily the manager was home and we were able to stay there because there were rooms available. The rooms were nicely decorated and there was a pretty garden. There was some construction in the neighbourhood which was a bit noisy until 9pm. overall great value for money and we enjoyed our stay. "

"Our stay at Summerfield Hotel was truly delightful. The tented rooms were both comfortable and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a relaxing experience. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, which added to the charm of our visit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would happily return."

Lovely lodge with great amenities

"Kruger Park Lodge in general is a very nice property. The property is very well kept, clean and well looked after. The facilities are great with the hippo hide where you can watch hippos safely as well as an extremely nice golf course on the property with impala walking on the course. The pool area is very nice and the restaurant (G’s) is good. There is also a lapa area where they do a traditional braai (think bbq on steroids) and a river area you can walk to. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a spacious 6 sleeper. The unit itself is great with a few little issues such as the shower door does not close and the double bed in the main upstairs bedroom has a mattress that is not very good. Other than that it is a very nice unit. The air conditioner wasn’t working and when we called them the next day they came out and fixed it almost within the hour. The unit is cleaned every day which is very nice. The lodge is 15 minutes from Phabeni gate into the Kruger Park. Also, even though when you are in the lodge you feel like you are out of the city in the bush, it is 5 minutes away from many good shops and restaurants. "
