"Overall, our experience was good, except for the fact that the elevators were not working. My husband had total knee replacement and elevators are more useful for us than to have to go up and downstairs."

"This property was unsatisfactory. There were roaches in the room. The comforter was very dirty. The was one wash cloth in the room and it appeared to have been used already. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap were left there by a previous customer and we were expected to use it. The tub/shower was dirty. The flooring was peeling up in spots. Baseboards were not secured in many areas. I brought these matters up with the front desk staff and they didn't seem to concerned. I asked the front...

"DON'T. First room had huge puddle inside from a/c. Moved to room 2. Locked out of room by dysfunctional lock. Switched rooms for day 2. Woke up to puddle in bathroom and dysfunctional toilet. Not to mention dirty towels with holes. Staff was barely apologetic. Free breakfast at Birds Egg was the only good thing about our stay."
