  • King's Landing is all about being treated like royalty. A master bedroom fit for a King, and second master fit for a Queen, and let's not forget about your princes and princesses. You would never need to leave. The home is well stocked and equipped for whatever you're planning to do on vacation. The lower level has a finish rec room complete with family games, TV, large sectional, home gym and wine fridge (for keeping the dinner wine at exactly the right temperature). The furnishings are solid and new throughout. The Main living area is being painted and redecorated. So, it will be even better than pictured!

    The exterior is complete with heated above ground pool, screened in room, custom made furniture, fire table, pool loungers, pool slide for the littles, BBQ and more. There is also a sandbox and small playset for the children when they are taking a break from all that swimming. A new firepit area was created in fall of 2022. There are ample deck chairs and seating options for everyone. The pool and back deck is locked at every gate and also offers a blocked off area to keep the small children from the pool. There are outdoor games, beach toys and bag chairs to take with you on your travels. The exterior photos were taken last fall, on a rainy day. I will be updating those one the warm weather hits again! The private, paved subdivision is quiet and very scenic for those morning walks, or simply take in the views from the front deck while having your morning coffee. This is our home, and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

    We are located a short drive to Cavendish and all of the major attractions are within (5-15 minutes). There are many great restaurants and golf courses nearby. The private subdivision does have a common space to access the Trout River. The trout river is great for boating, kayaking, swimming, etc. It leads to New London Bay and then the Ocean. You can drive or walk to the water access point. This is a river and not a full sandy beach.

    The property can be rented for 6 nights (Sunday to Saturday), 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday) or 8 nights (Saturday to Sunday), depending on availability.

    We're back!! King's Landing was a vacation rental in previous years. But, we took a break from renting when we had our twins (now 5 years old). During the past 5 years we have made many changes, including the addition of a heated pool!! King's Landing is located in the subdivision called "Granville on the Water"

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. It had everything we needed and more. The pool was a huge hit. We all enjoyed it. Our host was wonderful and easy to connect with if we had any questions. Beautiful spot! Was perfect for our group, very comfortable and had everything you could need. The pool was such a fun plus!Alisha was a wonderful host, very quick to support any requests, and was ahead of the game in ensuring her guests had everything for a happy holiday!

Beautiful vacation home great location

10 minutes to Cavendish, great home to share vacation memories. Clean home, great veranda with a view to have morning coffee, beautiful pool and outdoor areas. Kitchen had every tool we needed and more. Enjoyed the whirlpool tub after days of adventuring.

La maison est située dans un endroit très tranquille. La vue sur la rivière et les collines environnantes est sublime. La maison est parfaitement équipée. La piscine chauffée est très grande et fait le bonheur de tous.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at Kings Landing Waterview cottage in Granville, the location was perfect for us. The pool was a big hit especially being heated and was large enough for our group. One of the best features was the screened in area by the pool, we spent a lot of time out there especially in the evenings. The inside was beautiful with lots of space in the sleeping areas as well as the kitchen and living areas.

Wonderful property

Just finished a beautiful couple days at this property. It exceeded our expectations! The house is well equipped, immaculate and well maintained. The property is exceptional. The House is beautiful and clean. The host was super friendly and responsive. Very spacious backyard with a beautiful pool and deck would definitely recommend!

Communication prior to and during our visit was thorough, informative and welcoming. There was a good amount of space in the home for 3 family units to vacation together. We were very appreciative of the pool and screened room as the weather was hot and sunny throughout our stay. The back up fridge in the garage was quite helpful! It is a perfect central location - close to Cavendish, various beaches, golf courses and shopping for food and supplies. This was our second stay at King’s Landing and I would recommend it!

Great property and location

This property is in a great location close to Cavendish with its many theme parks and water parks, shopping, beaches, restaurants and multiple golf courses. The house was very clean and well stocked for our stay. The large pool was a great hit with young and old alike. The host was very friendly and we were able to contact her readily if we had any questions or needs. She had to check on the pool water daily so was nice to see her. Definitely stay there again if we come with a group! Thank you Alisha.

Family friendly, has all the amenities!

We had the most wonderful stay. It is centrally located, 10 mins to Cavendish and around 35 mins to Charlottetown. The cottage was clean and had every amenity we could have needed. Beds were comfy, bathrooms clean and kitchen stocked. The outdoor space was more than we could have asked for. Pool is a great size and clean, Alisha came daily to check the chemicals. BBQ was new and the outdoor room on the deck was a great place to sit and hide from the bugs. Neighbourhood was quiet, the neighbours we met were friendly. I would definitely recommend this cottage to any family. Alisha was a great host. Thank you for having us and sharing your home with us!

Beautiful PEI oasis; a home away from home

We travelled from Ontario to PEI for a family wedding and chose this home to spend our vacation. Our host Alisha was amazing throughout which included great communication and she was very responsive to answering questions:messages. We really appreciated her advance email with all the details of the property and check-in information - it was very detailed and had everything we needed to know. We were extremely impressed when we arrived at the location, curb appeal, functionality, and cleanliness of the home. The welcome binder contained all the information we needed and more. It truly is perfect for a large family or group of friends. 10 people comfortably stayed in the home for a week and we had plenty of space. The home is outfitted with everything you might need, including a fully outfitted kitchen, toys and games for the kids etc. The pool and outdoor space which includes a screened seating area is outfitted with everything needed. This home is very impressive! The owner Alisha came daily to test the pool and was very professional and quietly did her required maintenance and left as not to disturb her guests. However, she is wonderful to talk to a wealth of knowledge about the area (not to mention my kids loved chatting with her and watching her test the pool). Local park passes were made available for use during the stay which is a very nice gesture by the owners. We highly recommend this property and will be booking this home again the next time we visit PEI.
