"My stay was the best stay I've had at a hotel in years. You definitely set the standard for customer satisfaction. From check-in to check-out was very easy. The front desk staff was very accommodating. I needed a key to be ready for my friend that was coming in the middle of the night from a 31/2 hour drive after getting off a flight from New York. I believe Warren was working that night and assured me that he will make sure my friend gets the key and he did. I also had a package delivered that night as well and the front desk staff held in on to it and made sure that I got it when I checked out. Talk about going above and beyond. Thank you for treating me like a person and not just a number. I will definitely use this hotel again no matter where I go. "
