グラント川周辺のホテル

「Clean and tastefully decorated. Beautiful view with comfortable gliders to sit outside. Comfortable bed. Nice Fall decorating touches in the room. Minor suggestions: Hooks or someplace to hang jackets. Also, Shower gel and hand soap were both almost empty making it difficult to get some out of the containers. Excellent stay.」

「I was moved not only by the sense of history, but also by the kindness of the staff. I want to come again.」

「Room was great, staff friendly and helpful. This is where I stay every time I go to Dubuque.」

「This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property. Needed remodeled 20 years ago. The coffee looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Was so dirty I left without showering. I’ve been an IHG member for almost ten years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen this. So disappointed that I paid for this online otherwise I would have left.」

「This Hotel was in a central location. Brewery right across the street with grat food. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. We showed up 30 minutes after breakfast time and Terry made sure we still got fed. I noticed later in the day after we had left that I lost one of my AirPod in the bed. I called right away and the gentleman told me that he would leave a message with housekeeping. I am now back home, 1900 miles away. I...

「Nice place to stay, room was really nice」

「Robert was very helpful and we found the breakfast better than our expectations.」

「Had the hotel for 2 nights but since I took my luggage with me after the first night the staff checked me out of my room even though I never formally checked out or notified the front desk that I was leaving. Later on that evening when I returned, a couple was assigned my room and came in while I was in there. Afterwards, when night management clocked in, again my room was assigned to another couple, that came in again while I was in my room. Not the best hotel experience I've had.」

「We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were...
