「Very convenient location. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area.」

「Beautiful cabin and property, felt like a home away from home! Easy to access from DEN (1.5 hrs) and less than 30 minutes to Fairplay & Alma. This area is stunning and the cabin overlooks the creek… fantastic property!」

「The property provided all the basic necessities that we could ask for except that the no air conditioning made sleeping very difficult for the four nights we were there. If we kept the windows closed because of the highway noise, then it became very hot and if we open the windows again, we had the traffic noise. We particularly liked sitting on the balcony the back patio and having the mountain greenery right there at our feet with even a short path that we could use for a slight bit of...

「The location was convenient to everything that we had planned to do while in Colorado. The carpeting throughout the entire condo looked stained and we did't wear shoes inside during our stay. The directions to the clubhouse wasn't clear so we never able to use that area, a map would have beenvery helpful. 」

「1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2. Other larger room same windy night open the window and closing system was not working as other room .3. The day we arrived we were tired due to mountain sickness contacted host or managment company. They...

「Overall, we had a great stay, but the check-in process was frustrating. We never received check-in instructions, and when we arrived, we couldn’t get ahold of the host. After multiple attempts, we had to contact VRBO for assistance before we were finally able to access the condo.Once we got inside, everything was wonderful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our time there.If...

「This property is so close to downtown! If you’re looking to be able to walk to a festival or two restaurants, this place is great. Definitely a good value for the money. We didn’t think we would need a garage, but it was super nice to have.」

「The tiny house had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils, measuring cups, cookie sheets, pots, pans, coffee maker, coffee, and filters. Communication was fantastic. The loft bed was very comfy, if you can get up there. I'm under 5 feet, but I'm not sure someone much taller could get there very easily. The main bedroom had an egg carton topper, which I know some people like. There's an outdoor table and chairs where you can look at the mountains or up at the...
