"Had nothing but issues as soon as I got to the hotel I found there was no hot water in my room. They moved me to another room where it turns out same problem. Went down to the hot tub even that was cold since it is run off the same pump. I was told it would be fixed the following day which it was not so they moved me again to finally have hot water. Then after talking to the most unprofessional manager I have ever met I was told I would get a discount on check out day. Come check out day there was no discount as promised so they called the same manager to which she offered 10$ off each of the two nights which I found to be unacceptable especially after she said it would be taken care of. In the end I got 20$ off each of the two nights. Would not stay here again."
