The elevator and 3rd floor smelled like urine. When we arrived to the room my wife noticed that the soap was used and placed on a opened face cloth, the soap was dry so this happened sometime before our arrival. Also we noticed hair on the bathroom floor and under the sink, I don't think the bathroom was cleaned fully, there were clean towels on the rack. The sleeping area of the room was clean. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and had a good experience. We won't be back, the urine and dirty bathroom was too much.

Staff was very courteous (not able to wear a mask, and there was no issues with that...which was much appreciated). Indoor premises look newly updated and were clean and tidy. Room was quite nice, spacious, very clean and looked newly renovated (I was on the 3rd floor). The breakfast in the morning was a nice touch and was tasty. I would recommend staying staying here, and I would definitely stay at the Stonebridge again!

This was my second stay at Stonebridge. Price and location were my deciding factors. It is a very clean hotel with excellent service. My only issue is smoking was allowed on the floor I was on and it reeked in the hallway. Did not follow me into my room though so not a big issue. I wish the bathroom light and fan were in separate switches. I ordered room service, chicken Cesar, once and it was not worth the price. But the desk person brought the menu up in record time and the kitchen was very fast as well. The continental breakfast was very basic but that is strictly due to Covid as I have had Restaurant breakfast on my earlier stay and it was good. When I went to leave some idiot had parked right behind me. Fortunately there was enough room for me to get out from between the two cars. I guess some people need actual lives painted on the pavement.

Extremely friendly and accommodating check in. Staff member was helpful welcoming and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Room immaculately clean and relaxing with many modern amenities. Very cozy after a long day of driving. Couldn't be better!

Check in went alright. Not very impressed with the front desk attendant when I checked in. My friend arrived later that night and I put his name on the room. I’m not impressed with the fact that he assumed I was a hooker and wasn’t going to let my friend up. Maybe your attendant should watch his mouth. Just saying. Not very professional at all.
