「This was the perfect place to explore the landing beaches and cemeteries from. It was so close to Bayeux, also a great town to explore. My kids loved the lofted area, calling it the kid lounge. The gated courtyard means my kids could run around and I didn’t have to worry about traffic. Added bonus- the large trampoline was a hit! Thank you! 」

「My husband and I and our 4 kids stayed here for 2 weeks while we explored the Normandy region. It was the perfect home base. The home was bigger than the pictures look and ample space for all of us. The back yard was perfect for the kids to run around. Fantastic views in every direction. The hosts were wonderful. Would not hesitate to stay here again, what a gem. 」

「The house was very clean,full of character and well laid out with everything you could need for a stay including a loverly courtyard with a table and chairs. Valerie and Philippe were super hosts with nothing being too much trouble....on arrival Valerie was on hand to show us the house and the local info...both super friendly.The house is in just an amazing location,rural and quiet but within a short distance from alot of the beaches and ww2 sites as well as Bayeux etc etc.Total gem.....Loved...

「We had an amazing 1-week family holiday at La Musadière! The gite is beautiful, clean, well equipped and quiet. It has a huge garden, and Marc and Bénédicte allowed us to use their trampoline and football goals, which kept the kids busy! Lots of historical and kid-friendly things are within about 20 minutes’ drive so it was a great base for exploring the area. Marc and Bénédicte were wonderful hosts - they gave us so many great recommendations and really made our stay extra-special with their...

「A truly delightful house with a lot of French charm. Large kitchen, living room with fireplace and pool table, 3 bathrooms and a ton of bedrooms. A nice garden area in the back for relaxing. The home is pretty old but has been beautifully renovated. Catherine, the owner, lives next door and has 2 friendly dogs as well as ducks and chicken. Catherine was friendly and answered all questions quickly. Highly recommend!」
