「Housekeepers was nice front desk was nice my air conditioner stopped working last night around 5:10」

「Hot tub was hot enough but didnt see any Breakfast 」

「Worked for what we needed 」

「Room And staff were horrible. Power went out in our room around 8:30 at night when we tried to tell Steph we could not get a hold of him until the next morning before lunch and they were rude and asked us to leave because of that」

「Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.」

「The room was a lot smaller than expected. The description said it was a double wide bed, but personally seemed like just a double bed. The fridge did not work and kept nothing cold, although it was plugged in. There was no shower curtain so water got everywhere with taking a shower which is crazy as a shower curtain is not expensive. The front desk person was nice but told us there was parking in the front, back, and side. When we went to park in the back, we got yelled at by 2 cleaning ladies...

「This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave...

「Breakfast was terrible. No fruit no juice no milk except for cereal. 1 kind of yogurt, waffles and toast and coffee. Thats all that was offered. 」

「Very disgusting place! There was vomit on the walls and blood in the corner on the floor by the toilet. They only change towels and bedding every 3 days unless asked otherwise, which will get you no where. I asked and was met with a “well I can’t promise anything I only have 2 housekeepers.”The staff is extremely rude and inefficient. 0/10 do not recommend spend extra for a better quality of customer service/hospitality. 」
