"The rooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of pillows. Great view The amenities at the pool were good. Towels were clean and fluffy, plenty of seating. The staff was okay check-in was horrible food at the inside restaurant was delicious and we had a fun time watching all the kids at the pool deck playing in the bubbles. Overall quite pricey, for the quality of services for Adults. A/C in the room was cold, This hotel is priced appropriately for families with kids, but for adults that dont use these kids things is ok. Good beach, nice pier, plenty for kids to be entertained by, but be mindful, you have to walk a lot when staying at the Ellie. Mini Golf has soo much potential. but is sadly neglected. I suggest an investment and TLC there. The conference center in the middle really is a pain to walk around all the time. Parking under the Ellie is quite limited with the amount of rooms, be mindful of that. Lighting underneath building is poor, especially around sunset. There is NOWHERE to hang up clothes in the room. That could be better. Safe, coffee pot, fridge and microwave were great amenities. Hardwood floor is way better than carpet, sand collects but its much more sanitary. Bathroom stinks like draino, and toilet needed to be reset. Plenty of room otherwise. Airplanes ✈️ fly over all day. It is pretty neat to watch. Would we stay here again, sure. Just not in the middle of a hot July. 7/10 overall."

"Resort was fun and aimed for family entertainment. Karaoke, bowling, pizza and breakfast were all on site. The small store on site was very convenient. Did not have to leave much. The best part was the security of floors. You needed a key card to access all amenities and floors."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere, and we felt comfortable throughout our visit. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. We also appreciated the great amenities and the peaceful environment. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to families and anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and value."
