This cottage truly speaks to our hunters and fishermen who enjoy the freedom of being outdoors in the country — either in the brush or sitting in a boat fitted with the best trolling motor. The cottage has decor to match those interests. Relax in a two-bedroom, one-bath themed cottage immersed with hunting and fishing decor, a porch, and easy access to our catfish and bass ponds.
Conveniently located in Van Zandt County, The Venue at Three Points is the pride of East Texas country living. We are a stone’s throw from everything you could ever need from the greatest towns in East Texas! We offer flexible rates and can accommodate any wedding, getaway or event imaginable.

Houses were all charming! Ours was lovely and spotless upon arrival. Owner checked in on us daily as we relaxed on the front porch. We truly did not want to leave this morning and we’re trying to decide when a return trip might work!

We loved it here
We had so much fun. Not only was the cabin clean and perfect inside but the outdoor area had everything we needed to grill, games for the kids to play and a tv with full cable so we played music while we grilled. The owner was so nice, I talked to her before we got there and she was so sweet and helpful. The property and grounds were clean and really pretty. We found a diamond for sure.

Great little getaway
My family of four enjoyed this property and our getaway from the city. It's quiet and exactly like advertised. We enjoyed the fishing and made s'mores over the firepit. Our 6 year old really liked the play area. Also, we went to the salt palace, a roller skating rink and the local amusement park Yesteryear. Great trip. We all had fun!
