The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable! The pictures accurately reflect the listing, and the space was very cute. Beds were l comfy for a rental, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Julien was helpful and responsive, and he was accommodating for a later check-in. My only note is that the neighborhood is a bit rough, and the parking lot isn’t well lit. My mom and I were a bit uneasy walking across the parking lot at night to they to the front door of the building. Fortunately, the building itself does require a key to access the lobby, which we were grateful for. Nothing bad necessarily, just something for female travelers specifically to be mindful of. Overall, however, a good experience!

Wir können uns den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen uneingeschränkt anschließen. Sehr netter Kontakt und sofortige Reaktion auf Anfragen. Sehr komfortable, gut ausgestattete Wohnung. My friend and I stayed for 2 nights, and it was just what we needed. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and one of several units. While the building and neighborhood are a little rough, the apartment and internal common area is quite clean and updated. Full kitchen, full size laundry, queen beds, and big closets. It's not far from a lot of are of stores, coffee, etc.

We loved this property! The owner was quick to reply, patient in responding to multiple e-mails and professional. The home was clean, quiet and the beds were comfortable. I would book again in a heartbeat! Best of all, I forgot my watch in the shower and the owner sent it back for me!! Five Stars, all around :)

Over all enjoyed the place, host was friendly and fast to respond. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of coffee and water bottles ready for us on check in. Only 10-15 minutes to main things to see in Grand Rapids, it’s a great place to stay for a weekend away!
