「The host ensured I was informed about my initial reservation, then a couple days prior to arrival, an email arrived with instructions on entry and other useful notes. The Cottage is charming, close to everything in Grand Marais, and was well suited for my week long stay.Due to significantly cold, well below zero temps, I did not get as much outdoor activity in but that was on me! I walked a great deal, supported the local shops, and had a great "solo retreat". 」

「What a perfect setting in the woods and close to everything ie. Lutsen and Grand Marais. A few initial small glitches; however, Mr. Smothers was MORE than accommodating especially given it was Thanksgiving day. Pool was closed; however, the public pool in Grand Marais was open. A setting were several quiet walks with family was very relaxing and therapeutic! I HIGHLY recommend THE HIBERNATION HOUSE! 」
