The house was perfect for our needs. Located close to RMNP and several trail heads. Restaurants were close by and a corner grocery store was walkable. The only complaint we had was the beds made noise every time you moved-a bit annoying. The living areas were comfortable and laid out very nicely.
Have stayed here many times over the years. And every time I stay the experience just gets better.
Very attentive host, easy to book and arrange and check in. Def recommend.
The accommodations were exactly as described. Our family of 4 were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer was great as we didn’t have to pack as much. This is a beautiful area with friendly locals and lots of outdoor activities. Highly recommend.
We loved our visit to Grand Lake, adorable Lake community with plenty of things to do. The condo was perfect for our needs, we enjoyed family who lives in the same complex, so it was very convenient. We plan to come back soon!
The location and size of this property was perfect for our weekend getaway from Winter Park for the Grand Lake Folk Festival. We were able to park our vehicle and walk to downtown, the festival, market, and pontoon boat rental. Richard checked in throughout the weekend to make sure we didn't have any problems and enjoyed our stay.
Myself and a couple buddies had a trip planned in the Grand Lake area and needed a warm roof over our heads. This property worked perfectly for us. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. If we repeat this trip again next year, I will definitely look to see if this property is available again.
We visited Grand Lake for our Daughter’s wedding and were an excited to stay in this Cozy Retreat. It had everything we needed to prepare and get ready but also to relax and unwind. Blocks away from the charming downtown area provided plenty of options for food and entertainment. We will absolutely be back!
The property was clean and well taken care of. I booked this property because it is located right near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park (less than 2 miles). It was nice to have a first floor unit to get our belongings in/out with ease. The beds were also comfortable which is always a plus.

Beautifully decorated with everything one may need for a vacation. Less than 5 minute drive to RMNP and less than a minute drive to downtown Grand Lake. Grand Lake is a minute drive.
Communication with owner was amazing!
Parking spot is literally outside your door.
Would stay in this property again!!!
Excellent location to all the wedding events. 5-10 minute drive everywhere. Spacious for 3 adults. Very clean unit and comfortable beds. We would recommend this unit and come back if we return to Grand Lake. Thanks!
This is a very cute condo in a perfect location. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens visiting RMNP. Condo was very clean with comfy beds, and the owners did a great job providing all the things needed to make it home for 3 days. Grand Lake is a cute town with less than a 5 minute drive to the West Entrance to RMNP. There are no mountain or Lake views from the condo, but it is a very short drive or short walk to see the beauty of Grand Lake, and perfect for short drives into the park every evening to view wildlife. We will for sure stay again if back in the area.
Very clean- close to town. Queen bed was very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. I didn’t have any needs, but the host was quickly responsive when I texted.
The listing says cable TV - which is a little misleading - there really isn’t any ‘live TV’ (I hoped to watch a football game or the Olympics)

The condo was very nice. It was great to find a two bed two bath option. The hosts were very responsive and allowed us to check in early on Friday so we could attend a 4:00pm wedding. My only critique would be the twin beds in the second bedroom had plastic mattress covers. This made for a noisy night's sleep. Maybe only put on the plastic covers if guests are bringing children.
We came to visit RMNP and Grand Lake. We were 5 minutes from the entrance to the park and we visited it 4 of the 6 days we were there. We shopped in Grand Lake and ate at the Sage brush restaurant 3 times. We also hiked to Adams Falls. Our condo was comfortable and had pots and pans to use for cooking. Most homes in Grand Lake don’t have AC, but we never needed it. We mostly used the heat. Temperatures in GL are on the cooler side. Upper 40’s to low 50’s at night and upper 60’s to low 70’s during the day. We enjoyed our stay in the condo and would consider staying there again.

Good place to stay relative to price
I travel frequently for business - sometimes I stay at a heavily trodden airport hotels, sometimes at the Four Seasons - the former are usually 3 star types of places and I'd still stay there if circumstances require, but of course I prefer the 5 star hotels.
The positives: You can park right outside the front door -easy to get luggage in; host is very responsive; comfortable size of unit, bedrooms, and baths; photos/amenities are as advertised; adequate kitchen for most needs good parking - we had same spot all weekend.
The negatives: didn't matter to us, but it is a ground floor unit and people parking in front can look right in- can be addressed by closing the blinds; the master bath shower backs up, if you have small kids, the twin beds one bedroom have drawers underneath so the beds are elevated and without a safety rail - I put chairs beside the beds for safety; the carpeting is worn and felt in need of cleaning - I felt a need to have socks on when walking around; housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detritis under, behind furniture; it's a mile walk to the village, which isn't bad if you like to walk - of course we knew this when renting as it's obvious on the map - but we'll likely get something closer in next time and pay a premium for it.
None of this affected our enjoyment of Grand Lake. There are cleanliness issues as noted, but it is a tidy unit
