If I could give less than one star 🌟 I would. So my wife are currently staying at Virgin Hotel. We have been here for 3 days and have yet to be able to get into the pool!!!! When I say ghetto I literally mean ghetto. We wasn't able to even get a toe into the pool. Whether we came when they open at 10:00 or anytime throughout the day. I found a manager and expressed my concern that it’s certainly not fair that not everyone gets to enjoy the pool. The manager told me majority of the people in the pool were not guest but rather people who brought a day pass to access the pool and roof top. The whole pool was with so many people with next to nothing on. This pool is not kid friendly!!!! The theme of the hotel is pretty cool and it’s close to bourdon and canal so there you have it.

The room was underwhelming and not as advertised. Dissapointingly bare and lacked the advertised view. A let down -- sparse furnishings and misleading photos -- we definitely did not have the seperate seating area.
The listing was deceptive - no view, minimal decor and furnishings,fridge sat on the floor. Misrepresented on line
