「Séjour au top du début à la fin. Hôtel très propre, chambre confortable et bien équipée. Le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours disponible. 「Razoável! Fica muito longe de tudo, tivemos que pegar táxi que só aceita dinheiro e vc se obriga a cambiar euros em DIRHAM. Possui chutel mas cobra 50 EUROS pelo transfer para Aeroporto , mesmo a moeda sendo dirham. Na chegada restaurante fechado só abria 19:00 e vc tinha que reservar o que queria. Detalhe NÃO SERVEM BEBIDA ALCOÓLICA 」

「- The hotel is located in a residential area and far from amenities.
- Parking is included and accessible.
- There are elevators.
- The hotel is dated. The towels are old and discolored.
- The appliances are old and very used. For example our microwave had no labels on the buttons and we had to guess how to use it - very adventurous, lol.

「I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Casa Anfa.
I made a reservation in advance through a well-known booking platform and received confirmation prior to arrival. After a long international flight, we arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored because we did not have a marriage certificate to prove we are married.
This requirement was never clearly stated on the hotel’s website or during the booking...
