The free breakfast was great. The pool heater was broken, but the kids still had fun swimming and enjoying the Jacuzzi. Our only complaint was the pull-out sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable compared to other pull-out beds we have used at other hotels. It was pretty thin and we could feel the springs.

The front desk was very friendly and efficient. We asked for more bath towels and they had them ready when we returned home from dinner. Morning breakfast was delicious (except oatmeal was a bit watery). Loved how more coffee pods, toothbrush and toothpaste was in lobby, if you needed more (or your child forgot their toothbrush). Loved that is was so close to Grand Canyon train parking lot and also a bit off the Main Street for a quiet stay.

All the reviews I read before booking this hotel have to be paid reviews. This hotel was nasty! I paid over $200 to stay here, plus the front desk charged me an additional $30 for a utility fee???? I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels because they are normally clean and have nice rooms. This place was so gross! Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!
