"Even tho this hotel was being renovated, that's no excuse for the condition of my room - an unhealthy, horrible mess. My room's "new" lvm flooring was covered with debris. It had not been vacuumed.
The worst of it was the BED BUGS AND LICE in the bedding and all over the mattress fabric. Do not stay here. Sleep in your car instead! It's not worth it."
"The location was convenient and the shuttle from BDL was relatively easy. Rooms were a bit rundown but adequate. The property overall needs a makeover. Breakfast was not good - nothing special and the lobby had several annoying signs dictating that guests could not take food to their rooms."
