"This is our fourth time at Granby Ranch, first time at this property. We loved the location of the condo since the balcony faces towards ski lift. Owner was super responsive. The condo was clean with the exception of dust on tabletops and there were two coffee cups in the cup oars that had coffee drips on the side. Obviously the housekeeper just rinsed and placed ba onion cabinet without washing. Tons on condiments, spices, etc. We didn’t have to use what we brought."

"Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat. "

"We had an amazing time! Our kids enjoyed their “nature hikes” along the river and property! The kiddie pond was PERFECT for our kids ton fish in too! We explored Grand Lake and RMNP during the day and enjoyed relaxing at the property in the evening! Thank you for the great lodging!"
