"it is in a great location with easy access to Grand Lake and Winter Park. Clean and comfortable.Did not use Dishwasher as there was standing water and looked like one of the spray fans was broken. Reported problem and assume it will be fixed. Trash pick up could be better coordinated."

House is cozy in a small community of cabins/homes with river, ponds and great deck viewing. It is well appointed with complete kitchen, stocked bathrooms, and comfortable bedding. Can highly recommend this home. "
