A good basic hotel/motel, clean and tidy. Very good for the price - pretty basic though, so not recommended if you want some luxury. No kettle in room, but I used the coffee maker to get hot water. Also the bath plug didn't work in bathroom so I had a shower instead, a minor point but a bit annoying.

Great place to stay, easy to check in and out. The room was great, comparable to 4* or 3* hotel rooms I've stayed in - obviously overall there were a lot less facilities at this location - but I wasn't expecting any. (In the morning I found a great breakfast place about a 3 min drive away - and there were at least 4 other restaurant options I passed on the way). Would I stay here again? YES definitely.

The jetted tub room had red lights , made it feel rather uncomfortable for a family therefore we didn’t use. The carpet was very very dirty, walking on it made our feet black. It did the job for sleep , for our 2 days at the zoo. Staff was very very polite and courteous

The room has not been updated in 30 years it seems. The walls are definitely not sound proof. Lou Lou, the night staff person was fantastic. The location worked very well for our skiing needs and parking is easy and free.

I booked this property because it said breakfast was offered. I called the day before to add an extra person to the room and was never told they were going to be cancelling breakfast. Found out because someone loudly knocked on the room at 10pm to let us know

There was limited staff around the property. There was no one around to check me out when I left. Cobwebs hanging from the air vents My husband had to clean the filter in the air conditioner to make it work. Not at all what the pictures represent

Website said it provided free breakfast. At motel they said it had changed from the 15th june and cancelled it. I booked on the 15th so all of a sudden no free breakfast but 2 gift cards worth $5 each for 4 people at Wendy's. No kettle, coffee or soap in room. Run down
