The apartment was clean and in a great location. Our issue was with the host. The biggest issue centered on their dismissive attitude to our problem getting on the wifi. We tried to communicate that the information provided was incorrect yet they refused to listen. They then stopped answering our txt and calls. After 36 hours, and us finally identifying the correct network, they realized their mistake and sent us the correct password. In addition, when we were met at property, we were told we needed to use a certain "gold" key to enter building. Upon returning late to the apartment the first night, we realized the gold key did not work. Fortunately another resident was entering the building and noticing our struggle, allowed us access. Again upon contacting the host the next day, they were dismissive of our issues. We subsequently figured out on our own that we needed to use the electronic key fob attached to the keychain with the gold key. Based on our issues with the host, I would not stay at this property again.

We had an amazing stay at the Alhambra Penthouse. The apartment is immaculate and roomy with spectacular views of Granada. It’s also centrally located walking distance from all sites and monuments. Our family of four couldn’t be happier!

Nos lo pasamos muy bien - el personal es estupendo y el apartamento era perfecto. Estaba muy limpio con un montón de comodidades y estaba en la ubicación perfecta.El único comentario sería que pusieran sillas más cómodas en la terraza, ya que es un lugar estupendo para relajarse con unas vistas increíbles.

Great apartment with view

We enjoyed our short stay in this apartment. It is basically in the center of town on a busy street. It is on the top floor of an apartment building and has a nice balcony with great views. It is roomy and has a washing machine (no dryer). The check in was easy - they communicated well and met us there.

Bien placé pour visiter grenade à pieds

Points positifs : emplacement, vue, 2 salle de bains, grand appartement et belle petite terrasse Points négatifs : bruyant car mauvaise isolation phonique intérieur et extérieur, manque d’ustensiles cuisine, pas d’aspirateur et 2 alèses de lit pas nets, beaucoup de gaspillage pour obtenir de l’eau chaude. Malgré ces quelques désagréments ça reste un bon rapport qualité /prix.
