Good valeu for money

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel . Very good location, ideal to go with kids. Our daughter loved the play area and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly too A bit disappointed with the dinner at the hotel restaurant and having to leave the car keys at the reception.

No contesto geral o hotel e exelente, quanto ao quarto, limpeza diaria, café da manha exelente. Nós ficamos no quarto 241 e 242, as janelas não tem ante ruido e o som da rua e mto forte e até da para ouvir pessoas conversando. A uma coisa que ficou um pouca a deseja que a brinquedoteca ficou 2 dias sem monitor, mais do contesto geral otimo.

Cobertores rasgados e espelho manchado!

O atendimento poderia ser melhor e padronizado. Os funcionários são confusos e atrapalhados. Um destaque positivo vai apenas para o Paulo e um senhor de cabelo branco da recepção, perdão não lembro o nome. Todos os outros deveriam aprender com eles. Os outros ficam brincando entre si, rindo dos hóspedes. Os quartos precisam de reparos, pagando mais de R$ 2.000 o hóspede não espera ter cobertores rasgados. E por exemplo o quarto 101 que ficamos tá com o espelho todo manchado de tinta e tinha cobertores rasgados! As toalhas são ásperas. O quarto 135 onde ficou um casal com um bebê da nossa família estava com defeito no frigobar, quase estragou todas as marmitas do bebê, comidas específicas pra ele. O microondas também não aquecia nada. Pedimos a troca e trocaram, mas foi um transtorno. Já o quarto 115 também tinha cobertas rasgadas. O controle do ar-condicionado do quarto 101 apaga o visor sozinho. O quarto família tem SMARTV, já os nossos não tinham! São detalhes que interferem na experiência do hóspede. Os funcionários do café da manhã são frios e os sucos são industrializados, chocolate quente líquido, nada cremoso. Também na porta do café da manhã tem vendedores de cotas de apartamentos que ficam abordando e mendigando atenção para vender cotas, não vale a pena perder tempo com eles, digam que estão com pressa e sigam em frente. O ponto positivo é a localização que é excelente.

O hotel é legal. Fica numa rua de tras da principal, mas com rapido acesso a restaurantes, lojas, etc. Fica ha uns 600m da rua coberta, eu creio. O quarto é OK. O cafe da manhã excelente. É uma boa opcao de hospedagem!

Busquei tranquilidade e conforto em Gramado para comemorar meus 50 anos. O hotel tem boa estrutura, com destaque para o café da manhã bem servido e variado, além da limpeza impecável e do conforto do quarto, que contribuíram para uma estadia agradável. No entanto, um ponto negativo comprometeu parte da experiência: as abordagens no lobby e logo após o café da manhã, no corredor de saída do restaurante. Um representante iniciou uma conversa aparentemente informal, como se estivesse genuinamente interessado em saber sobre minha estada na cidade, perguntando onde eu morava. Ao responder “Porto Alegre”, ouvi a seguinte frase: “Ótimo, prefiro falar com pessoas daqui do Rio Grande do Sul.” Comentário completamente deslocado, principalmente considerando que sou natural de São Paulo. Não o corrigi, apesar de ter ficado constrangido, e logo percebi que se tratava, na verdade, de uma tentativa de me convencer a participar de uma apresentação comercial, com a promessa de benefícios em troca, a conhecida venda de cotas de multipropriedade. A abordagem foi invasiva e destoou completamente da proposta de descanso e lazer. Compreendo que algumas redes adotem esse modelo, mas acredito que o mínimo esperado é que, se feita, a abordagem seja objetiva, respeitosa e, principalmente, sem insistência ou promessas descabidas.
