Razoável , as acomodações do quarto , na minha opinião não condizem com 4 estrelas, a cama do casal são dois colchões juntos e não eram confortáveis , creio que merecem uma avaliação se não esta na hora de substituir ,iluminação fraca , janela com claridade ao amanhecer mesmo com blackut , banheiro vazava agua pelo box e a porta o tempo todo emperrada ao abrir ou fechar. .. Café da manhã basico e se repete o mesmo todos os dias, o que enjoa para que se hospeda por varios dias.
Reclamei sobre a claridade ao amanhecer no quarto , a gerente informou que todos os quartos eram iguais e que não entrava claridade. pela foto tira -se a conclusão .

Perfeito, voltaria de novo com certeza.

Foi uma estadia tranquila, os atendentes muito solícitos e gentis, café da manhã muito bom, as instalações são excelentes com calefação e ar condicionado muito bons, a localização é ótima, próxima a várias atrações, mais próximo de canela do que gramado, mas não é problema se está com um carro alugado. Praticamente do lado de atrações interessantes como o museu de cera, a pizzaria temática kongo e em frente a cervejaria gram bier, aproveitem as bicicletas para conhecer os arredores mas atenção ao limite de 30 min, certa vez esperei duas horas para que um grupo as devolvesse.

Foi razoável. O café da manhã era maravilhoso. Iluminação do quarto era péssima, o banheiro sujo entupindo o vaso tempo todo, piso que era de madeira era irritante, pois fazia barulho ao pisar o ar-condicionado estava era muito barulhento, conseguimos resolver empurrando a tampa algumas vezes.
