「We had an awesome time here. Place was clean and well equipped. The host was very pronpt and onformative. Everything worked as expected. The downside was that each night we came home to the house smelling of sewage. It was an intense odor as you hit the door and a musty smell to follow. Its likely this is something to do with the water table being high and all the rain (i lived in a rental with similar).The listing also advertised a BBQ grill, however we could not locate it. 「The cottage is fantastic! The views from the deck or the screened porch are great. The interior seems to have been recently updated. Very clean and comfy.It is within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and nightlife. Also walking distance to the Aerie Skylift and winery. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone. We would definetly stay there again.」

「Very nice place with great view!」

「We came here for a small bachlorette and it turned out really well! We had plenty of space and it was close to things we wanted to do. It's a block off a main road so it was convenient parking and accessible, even with our mini party bus. Rachel was super friendly and quick to respond with any questions I had so we would definitely stay here again.」

「Home was in a great, safe location with good parking. Loved the fenced in back yard- our dog was so happy! Sitting on the deck was great after a long day. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens as needed. Once we figured out the trick of the showers we were happy to have them. We had a couple of electrical issues and the drawers in the kitchen need some attention and some updating would have made it nicer. Overall we had a great stay and the hosts were attentive and easy to reach」

「As the name states it is definitely a cozy retreat for friends and family alike! The property is very well kept, the rooms are spacious and the backyard has a cute patio area with a spacious backyard as well! It’s located in a cute little neighborhood that’s perfect driving distance from downtown, you can have a nice day out and come back to grab a bite over by the house. "I chose this hotel because of good reviews of its clean rooms and good breakfast. However it is not so. There was no person at the reception and a note is posted on the counter when I arrived. I could not have breakfast due to our early flight. I had told that fact one day before on the phone but they didn’t offer anything instead. Does it mean we should not believe reviews? Maybe I visited this hotel in a bad timing. Or the conditions and situation of American hotels have changed badly. "

"ロビー、廊下、部屋が典型的なアメリカのホテル、という感じです。空調やテレビの操作が簡単です。雰囲気が落ち着いてますし、スタッフの方々はフレンドリーです。部屋の広さにゆとりがあります。一階に無人の店があり、割と品揃えがあります。朝食がおいしいです。総合的にいって私は大変気に入りました！"
