"Our stay at West Bay Club was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, peaceful, and located on one of the most stunning beaches in Turks and Caicos. The staff was exceptional- friendly, professional, and always willing to help. From check-in to departure, the service felt warm and personalized. The suite was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with beautiful ocean views and everything we needed for a perfect vacation."

"I have traveled many places and this is by far the best place I have stayed. The property was very clean and well maintained. Blue Haven didn't disappoint at all. I had an Ocean front room and every morning waking up to see the beautiful water was a breath taking. And as beautiful as the property was, the staff made it 10 times better. Every single staff member that I encountered greeted me with a smile and was super friendly. All the food I had at this resort and its sister resort Alexdra was very good. Salt was my personal favorite. I highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Turks and Caicos."

"We have stayed at Ocean Club East for several years . It is such an awesome resort for many reasons . The property is so lovely and beautifully maintained and sits on the most beautiful beach on Grace Bay . Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful ! They always remember us from year to year which makes me smile . Vanessa, the manager, is fantastic and because of her we had such an amazing vacation. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect ! Can’t wait to be back there again !"

"The housekeeper cleaned every day which is unusual these days! All staff was friendly and helpful with anything you may need. The grounds and pool were immaculate. The restaurant was one of the very best on the island! We never ate breakfast but had lunch or dinner at the restaurant every day then went somewhere else the other meal. The bed was comfortable which is so important to me. My husband and I have no complaints and we have stayed at Royal West Indies 4 times over the past years."
