Extra $50-60 nearby Sono Calm is worth the money. Stay there! The bed at Kintex is hard as rock, you mind as well sleep on the floor. The carpet was dirty, small bathroom, wall papers were coming undone,… overall not a pleasant feeling

It is a great place to stay if you need to go to Kintex convention center. I had a little accident (accidentally tripped and fell) in my room, staff was very nice in helping me to get medical help…..One drawback about this hotel is it is kind of far from the city. The metro station at Kintx is still under construction. The closest metro station is about 15 minutes walking.

Great but dusty.

The hotel and staff were really amazing. Everything was easy and made us care free. We enjoyed our trip. However, the room and hallway on our floor were extremely dusty. So, if you have allergies I wouldn't recommed the floor we stayed on. Everything else was very clean.

They initially gave me an uncleaned room. The receptionist apologized and changed me to a new room, but it was very unpleasant. And the hotel had an unpleasant smell that felt like mold.

Bathing area is the worst. There's no door or shower curtain. So no matter how careful you are, the whole toilet floor will get wet. It's really insane. Imagine having to worry that the bathing water will seep into the room while you bath?! There's a 7-11 at level 1 so super convenient if you need something no matter what time. Walk 2mins and you will see a GS25 (convenient store). So if can't find what you want at 7-11, can try GS25. Kintex exhibition hall is just 5mins walk from the hotel. Hyundai Dept store is nearby too. But beware not to eat your dinner too late as most of the stores there have last order at 8pm.

1）職員態度差、黑臉回應、冇笑容。問買早餐券，好似難為佢做多啲嘢（可能佢心諗點解唔訂房時訂埋）。 2）廁所板面遺下長頭髮（我們是短頭髮的）。 3）漱口盅只供給一個，但我們兩人入住。 4）提供的毛巾又舊又有異味，幸好自己有帶。 5）一入房就感到好悶焗，通風系統差。 6）懷疑被鋪冇更換，因感到有氣味及有些濕濕哋，首爾天氣咁乾，不應有濕的感覺。 7）沖完涼後，半個廁所都濕晒，因為只有一塊好細（估計約40厘米）的膠隔住個水龍頭位。難道設計師唔知道沖涼時D水會周圍「彈」。 8）到酒店時是早上9:30，也知道未有得check in,想把一個手提行李寄存，點知叫我自己攞入一間大房內，叫我返嚟酒店時自己去攞返然後check-in。我問會否有寄存你的單據。但職員只說：酒店只提供地方放行李。放行李的地方是公開的，酒店不會幫顧客看管。幸好晩上10:30才check in,行李仍健在。但仍然覺得有些荒繆。 9）
