「My second stay here in the last couple of months and once again I was not disappointed. I stayed on the main building with a lovely room. I used the gym facilities and instead of dining elsewhere, decided to stay on site and eat at their restaurant. The food was utterly delicious and completely vindicated my decision. 「Beautiful location. Straightforward to locate and ample parking, which was great. Warm welcome and easy check-in. Room was very hot (radiators work well!); helpful assistance provided to turn radiators off. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately power outage (while I was asleep) meant TV turned itself on in the night! Lovely to have tea, coffee and a small biscuit. Would have been wonderful if there were a bottle of water, though this was offered on check out fire the drive...

「外観と異なり、古いホテルです。 部屋の前の通路を通る足音ははっきり聞こえ、隣室のドアを開け締めする音で目が覚めるくらい。 部屋の暖房は集中コントロールらしくON出来ず、寒かったです。 朝食込みのプランでしたが、英国のビジネス向けホテルでは一般的で、あまり美味しいものではありません。なによりコーヒーが・・・。 （ただし夕食のミニコースはなかなか美味しかったです。） 歩いて行ける範囲にスーパーマーケットがあり、便利ではありますね。」

「From the outset the reception was chaotic with lots of noisey people. I had to queue for self check-in. I queried why there was a £5 car parking charge when this hadn't been pointed out prior to my booking. I asked why this was and he said because I booked with Expedia. So be careful. The hotel was tired and not worth the money.」

「I am sorry to say that the property was not what I expected. The area to park in was chaotic with cars parked all over the place so when I arrived after a traumatic journey, I was trying to find a place to park in the pitch black with no lights apart from my car lights. The room was not hoovered. The ‘kitchenette’ was dangerous due to the curtains being close to the air fryer. The toilet seat was loose, broken. There was barely a hello from the owner and he watched as I struggled in the rain...
