You’ll have access to a wide range of amenities through the Big Bass Lake community. Passes can be purchased at the Club House during the summer, and at the Recreation Center or Admin Building during the off-season.

We require some information that is needed by the Home Owners Association and must be submitted 3 days prior to your arrival. Failure to provide this information will be penalized by HOA for $100.00.

Amenity use passes to the community may be purchased for:
$8 (non-holiday) ,$10 (weekend or holiday) per pass per day per person, or $30 (non-holiday) $50 (holiday week) per week per person.
-Community beachy lakes -Indoor Pool along with a -dry sauna -pool table -Tree Top Lounge -Fitness Center -snow tubing and sledding hills (season dependent)
All reservations made within 3 days of arrival, including change of information (additional guests) or without registration will be subject to a $50 change fee. HOA Fee of $100 for each registration.
We can host your furry friends (up to 4) for $150 per pet per stay, non refundable.
