気になった点 : 清潔度
Please read. Typically, I am not one to write reviews however this is very needed. Since getting to this home we walked in and it was filthy. I’m not talking about dirty, I mean it was entirely filthy and it wasn’t cleaned. The sheets were cleaned from what I believe and the towels were also. But there was someone in the house right before check in that was cooking and there was food all over the place. Specifically, cheese pieces all over the floors and counters. They don’t allow check in until 4 sunday so the cleaning crew can clean saturdays from what we were told. But when we told the owners or whoever right away about how dirty the home was they responded “ it was from the wind dragging in the dirt “. There were cigarette butts outside all on the deck which I get isn’t really a cleaning person job , but the windows and doors were caked with kids mouths and finger prints. the bathroom tub had blood in it and blue clenaing product all over it. The floors in every single room had hair all in the shower and baths and floors. they told us they would have the cleaning crew come but they never came. I contacted VRBO who got in contact but again said they would have cleaning people come out but never came. I would never stay at this place again. The good reviews on here are clearly fake all from a week ago and the ones that are real are bad reviews because they are similar to mine. The bed was broke and the remote had no batteries.
