"Bei Betreten des Hauses war sofort ersichtlich, dass es nicht gereinigt war. Abgesehen von dem Schmutz überall waren die Möbel sehr abgewohnt, die Betten und alle Textilien sehr unappetitlich. Im Kühlschrank und Küchenschrank offene, klebrige Lebensmittel. Fehlende Bettdecken. Nach Rücksprache mit Novasol wurde das Objekt teilgereinigt. "Really good but for two things. We arrived at night and the lighting system was so complicated that it took us 15 minutes to get the lights on. What would be better would a easy to operate switch at the door. Also the air conditioning was either toonhot or too cold. Difficult to set at acomfortable level. Having said that everything else was excellent."

"Väldigt lyhört till grannarna, skulle rekomendera att isolera bättre och kolla till kökets luckor, vi hörde när grannarna stängde luckorna då dom smälldes igen då det saknades dörrstopp. Soprummet måste göras något åt, god ide med att kunna sortera men rummet var överfullt. Hade vi velat använda frysen så hade det inte gått då den var helt igenfrostad."
