"Nicolinas and Oscars home is very cosy so that you immediately feel at home.The house has a beautiful garden. The neighborhood is quiet and nice and save for kids as cars have to be parked at a parking lot nearby.Nearby there is also a bus stop for commuting to Gothenburg and the bus comes frequently.So in total we spent relaxing days exploring Gothenburg and the surrounding archipelago."

"Als wir ankamen, fanden wir eine dreckige Wohnung vor. Die alte BettwĂ€sche war noch drauf, Wohnung unordentlich, KĂŒche, Böden und Bad, KĂŒhlschrank unsauber und ĂŒberall noch private Sachen verteilt. Wir konnten unsere Sachen nicht auspacken, da die KleiderschrĂ€nke mit privater Kleidung belegt war. Die Fenster gingen in zwei Schlafzimmern nicht zu öffnen. Licht ging im Flur und in einem Zimmer nicht. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren unsauber. Wir haben die Vermieterin sofort kontaktiert. Sie...

"Bei Betreten des Hauses war sofort ersichtlich, dass es nicht gereinigt war. Abgesehen von dem Schmutz ĂŒberall waren die Möbel sehr abgewohnt, die Betten und alle Textilien sehr unappetitlich. Im KĂŒhlschrank und KĂŒchenschrank offene, klebrige Lebensmittel. Fehlende Bettdecken. Nach RĂŒcksprache mit Novasol wurde das Objekt teilgereinigt. Da der Zustand des Hauses so war, dass wir uns nicht vorstellen konnten, darin zu wohnen und unsere Urlaubswoche zu verbringen, sind wir nicht eingezogen. Die...

Leider ist das Bad fĂŒr mich etwas zu klein gewesen und auch mit Hund in dem Zimmer ist es etwas beengend. Ansonsten ist die Lage traumhaft, der Garten ziemlich schön und ich hatte das GefĂŒhl jederzeit in Kontakt treten zu können. "

"Great Hotel for a Visit to Gothenburg I have stayed here twice and would book again on my next visit to Gothenburg. The rooms are clean and well sized. The gym has a good selection of equipment. The staff are amazing. The roof top pool is a treat. "
